Modélisation neuro-floue et optimisation probabiliste d’un échangeur de chaleur à plaques en hydrométallurgie

Résumé

Dans les procédés hydrométallurgiques, la maîtrise des performances des échangeurs de chaleur à plaques est essentielle à la stabilité thermique et à l’efficacité énergétique des installations. Dans cette étude, nous avons proposé une approche hybride pour modéliser les performances de l’échangeur industriel a plaques 60HX002 de MMG Kinsevere, à Lubumbashi (RD Congo), soumis à des conditions d’exploitation variables et à des comportements non linéaires et rechercher des conditions opératoires associées à une performance thermique cible. La méthodologie combine un modèle flou de Takagi–Sugeno généré par clustering soustractif, un système d’inférence neuro-flou adaptatif (ANFIS) et une simulation Monte-Carlo. Sur 2367 observations industrielles, le modèle ANFIS a atteint R2=0,894, une RMSE de 429 W/m²K et une MAE de 160 W/m²K. La validation croisée à cinq plis a confirmé sa stabilité prédictive avec R2=0,892±0,020. Une première simulation Monte-Carlo a mis en évidence les limites d’un échantillonnage indépendant des variables opératoires, tandis qu’une simulation inverse contrainte de 50000 scénarios a identifié 334 solutions (0,67 %) compatibles avec U=4000±500 W/m²K et Tes=40±3 °C. La solution la plus proche de la cible correspond à Bs=162 m³/h, Tes=40,1 °C et ΔP=0,399 bar, pour U=3999 W/m²K. Ces résultats montrent l’intérêt de l’approche que nous avons proposée pour la prédiction du coefficient global de transfert thermique U, l’identification des régimes de fonctionnement et la recherche de zones opératoires cibles, sous réserve d’une validation expérimentale avant son utilisation pour l’aide à la conduite industrielle.
